With the excitement building, your new investment home is about to take shape.


Your Site Manager is now managing the construction daily.


The Invision Homes head office team is now in full construction communication mode.


Your Finance Professional will assist with
organising the construction loan payments
required for each stage under your HIA
construction contract.


THE 7 BUILDING STAGES
 
1- Commencement Deposit

  • This is the first payment from your construction loan and is the trigger for Invision Homes to start construction.

 
2 - Base Stage

  • Site works Start

  • Excavation completed

  • Slab boxed and steel laid

  • Plumbing installed

  • Underground plumbing installed 

  • Concrete slab poured

 
3 - Frame Stage

  • Wall frames & roof trusses installed

  • Termite Protection Installed

  • All tie-downs and bracings in place

4 - Enclosed Stage

  • External wall cladding and brickwork complete

  • Roofing complete including gutter

  • External doors and windows installed

 
5 - Fixing Stage

  • Internal plasterboard in place

  • Architraves, cornices, and skirting completed

  • All internal doors hung

  • Wet areas tiled

  • Waterproofing installed

  • Built in cabinetry installed

6 - Practical Completion

  • The full scope of works completes

  • Compliance inspection and final approval

  • Time to advise your Rental Manager the date your new investment home will be tenant ready.

7 - HANDOVER
If you wish to attend the handover personally your Site Manager will guide you through all the workings of your new home and provide you with all the appliance warranty information and after-sales service processes and keys.


Alternately, you can authorise your Rental Manager to attend the handover on your behalf and receive the keys.
